The largest independent Ground Service company in the Nordics

The Aviator Group was founded in December 2010, when Aviator purchased the Swedish company, Nordic Aero, and the two Norwegian companies, Røros Flyservice and Norport Ground Handling. An Additional acquisition was made April 2011, when Aviator made an agreement with the Danish company Novia to purchase all shares of Novia and Sturup Handling. Aviator is owned by the investment fund, Accent Equity 2008, the founders of the three companies and their management. Accent Equity 2008 is the majority shareholder. Aviator expects to turnover in around €180m in 2011 whilst actively employing more than 2000 personnel.

Aviator supplies ground handling at 22 airports in Norway, Denmark, Sweden and Finland.
